The Rudraksha is a very helpful support because it creates a cocoon of your own energy. It harmonizes any environment around you so that you feel comfortable, relaxed and easily able to express yourself. Rudraksha ia a shield against negative energies.  The Rudraksha is a sacred bead in Hinduism.

A Mala is a simple string of beads used in Japa meditation to count mantras, prayers, or intentions.  A full mala contains 108 counting beads plus one guru bead. The number 108 has a very powerful significance in the science and spirituality of India.
